The Roost is an intimate self-contained, Self-catering accommodation for two, situated in the conservation area in the very heart of the picturesque downland village of Amberley. It is a new conversion of an old farm building at Stream Barn which originally dates back to the 17th century. Designed to provide comfortable and stylish accommodation it is an enviable position with unrivalled views. The Roost offers modern utilities and furnishing whilst retaining its rural charm.
Roll up the gravelled driveway and step through the oak front door of The Roost in the charming village of Amberley, where the sound of birdsong and long views of the surrounding pastureland and South Downs National Park provide the warmest of welcomes. That comes along with a hello from owners Sandie and Geoff, who live in adjoining premises, and whose brains you can pick on the many attractions nearby, including Arundel Castle, Chichester Cathedral and Goodwood. When you're not out and about, cosy up with your loved one and feel right at home in your own rural retreat; cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchenette, enjoy sunny mornings sipping coffee in the secluded courtyard and get an uninterrupted night’s sleep in the warm and peaceful king-size bedroom.
